Terry Bulldogs Dominate in 55-0 Rout of Crystal Springs

[TERRY, MS] The Terry (HS) Bulldogs dominated the Crystal Springs (HS) Tigers 55-0 in the home opener at Bulldog Field.

Terry High School started off the day with full excitement in the air. The Terry Bulldogs were beginning the home season hosting the Crystal Springs Tigers. There was a pep rally on campus that had everyone ready for the main event in the evening.

The band was rocking all night for the Bulldogs, and they had plenty of reason. The Bulldogs were only up 7-0 after the first quarter, but they exploded in the second quarter for a 35-0 halftime lead. From there, the Bulldogs dominated both sides of the ball. Jordan Magee and Sharonsky Johnson ran the ball extremely effectively against the Tigers, combining for 5 touchdowns between the two of them. Nick Kelly stole the show with a one handed grab in the third quarter.

The Terry Bulldogs finished the game with a 55-0 trouncing of the Crystal Springs Tigers. Next week, they will face the Murrah Mustangs. Due to the Jackson water crisis, teh location of that ball game is to be determined.
