The PCA Paladins defeated the Meridian Flyers 71-58 in Hickory to stay undefeated in MSAHA play.
The game was close through three quarters, with the game tied 50-50 late. But then the PCA Paladins exploded. They went on a run, hitting threes and scoring off of the Meridian Flyers’ turnovers. PCA made enough separation to take the win over the Flyers by 13.
The Meridian Flyers will take on the Muddy River Counselors at home on Dec. 17. They beat the Counselors 75-71 in their last meeting. The PCA Paladins will take on the Laurel Knighthawks in Laurel on Dec. 18 in a highly anticipated MSAHA Championship rematch.
