The PCA Paladins are in the post season! We had an amazing season this year for all age groups. Many of our teams participated in the Gulf Coast District Tournament, held in Monroe, LA. 18u boys were able to get 5th place overall, finishing 2-1. 18u girls placed 4th, with a record of 1-2. 16u boys got 6th, going 2-2. 14u boys placed 2nd, losing a very close game for the championship versus Little Rock Flames. They went 2-1.
Overall, the District Tournament was a great warmup to the upcoming tournaments. 16u boys competed in the MSAHA Tournament held in Jackson, MS. They ended up placing 3rd. 18u boys and girls, as well as 14u boys, will be competing in the MSAHA Tournament this coming weekend (Feb. 1-3) in Hattiesburg, MS. Both 18u boys and girls are going into this tournament as the #2 seed. 14u boys have not played any conference games this season and will be the #6 seed heading into the weekend.
As we get ready for this upcoming tournament, the Paladins look to defend their title in both 18u boys and girls, as well as reclaim their title in 14u (from 2018!). Can’t wait for this weekend!
